Horobin Ceramics
I’m a ceramicist working in the beautiful spa town of Tunbridge Wells where the air is clear, the art community is vibrant and the pubs are terrific.
I make tableware, one-off decorative and sculptural pots and commissions in stoneware using both glazing and pit firing to achieve what at least I think of as rather lovely things for the home - to be used, handled and looked at in equal measure.

My story
My journey to ceramics has been via 30+ years working in the corporate world in London, New York and Europe. A yearning for a more creative life, to do something with my hands, something - something mindful, led me to ceramics. Hopefully you will like what you see here - it is all made with love, some luck, a lot of time at the wheel and with the encouragement of my wonderful family and friends.
